The award-winning treat that started Little Apple Treats and my love of candy making! This caramel is my original recipe with toasted almonds, the perfect amount of cinnamon (just a touch!) and lots of vanilla.
All our caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow cook our candies using organic sugar, local butter and cream, and freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl Apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!
