Sqirl - Raspberry & Vanilla Bean Jam

Notes: Tart, creamy, aromatic.

Origins: We get our raspberries from Pudwill Farms, the only farmer we know who harvests large amounts of berries and who’s always at the Santa Monica Farmers Market, rain or shine! Our organic Tahitian vanilla beans come from Heilala, which creates a beautiful aromatic fusion when added to the delicate raspberries.

Sqirl is a hip cafe in LA featuring global-inspired breakfast & lunch fare with housemade jams in a minimalist space. They make all of their preserves on site, in copper jam pans, and according to techniques developed in the 1500s.
