Fruity tastes like sweet plums, roasted almonds, pink peppercorns. Fruity is mellow and sweet, with a delicate-but-distinct pepper finish. Even our Fruity oil also has a bit of pepper, because we believe all quality, fresh extra virgin oil should pack some punch. We love dousing Fruity on just about everything, but a few favorites include pizza Margharita, zingy green salads, grilled salmon, and vanilla ice cream. Fruity is our most delicate, buttery oil, but it's no wallflower. It's has an easygoing sweet fruit flavor and gets along with just about everyone in the kitchen.
